Orders shipped to the United States require an international customs-handling fee to cover import clearance and processing costs.
This fee will be charged separately before your order is shipped.
You will receive an email notification with full details, and we’ll be in touch personally to confirm the amount and send a secure payment link.
Your parcel will not dispatch until the handling fee has been completed.
All U.S. shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging with full customs documentation.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We’ll cover return-shipping costs if the return is due to our error — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — and we’ll happily replace the product if possible.
Refunds are normally issued within 10-14 business days after we receive your return, but please allow up to four weeks in total to account for carrier transit, inspection, and bank processing times.

Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the nearest full pound in line with carrier policies.
