'The Leather Scruff' This is our smaller height collar with a padded leather base for longterm wear. It has a lockable buckle to keep your wearer secured.
The smaller height means its less restrictive on the neck and more wearable but still has the feel of a thick bondage collar.
The collar stands about 4.5cm tall and fits sizes from 14inch - 20inch Necks. (Please message for other sizes circumfrences)
It features one main locking buckle and 4 x welded Drings, evenly spread for attaching your slave to anything you wish.
The main base plate and strap is made with our luxurious Buttero Hide from Italy. A sumptuous feeling hide with heavenly aroma. You can smell the leather when your wearing it.
The padded inner section is black
A small Padlock and key is included with this collar.

Amazing
I asked for some slight customisation of my collar such as a rubber upper strap, which Restrict were happy to do. The finished product is amazing - the padded inner leather keeps the collar snug without being overly tight - I love it!
